Job summary

Sand Cherry Associates seeks an accomplished Order-to-Cash Transformation Program Manager to lead the O2C transformation within its Enterprise Transformation Office. You will partner with business and technology leaders to redesign processes, drive ERP integration (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and OneStream, and deliver accountable, executive-ready deliverables.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex transformation, program management, or operational improvement initiatives.
• Proven success leading Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation programs in complex organizations.
• Deep expertise in process engineering, process mapping, and operational excellence.
• Experience with ERP implementations and enterprise integration (Dynamics 365, OneStream).
• Experience in Oil & Gas or energy services preferred.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Order-to-Cash transformation program from strategy to business adoption.
• Partner with Enterprise Transformation PMO Lead on governance, reporting, and standards.
• Drive process engineering efforts: current/future state design, gap analysis, operating model development.
• Support ERP implementation and integration with Dynamics 365 and OneStream.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and executive materials.
• Lead organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources; escalate decisions when needed.
• Create repeatable governance artifacts and knowledge-transfer materials.
