Job summary

Celestica seeks a first director-level executive to lead post‑acquisition integration, aligning processes, culture, and objectives with Celestica values. You will drive the integration plan, budget, and governance across site teams, ensuring value realization from the deal.

You will supervise senior managers, set strategic direction, and partner with executives and customers to deliver ROIC benefits while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong general management background.
• 5-8 years of operational management experience in contract manufacturing.
• Executive leadership and team-building experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate and align diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication with executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration programs for acquisitions to realize deal value.
• Manage integration plans, budget, and milestones.
• Mentor and develop management teams during transition.
• Report integration status to senior leadership and MOR process.
• Define success indicators and conduct post-integration reviews.
