Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to lead planning, coordination, and execution of merger integrations. You will serve as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires 8-10+ years in PM and P&C insurance, experience with M&A integrations or large-scale transformations, and strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of PM and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, roadmaps, timelines, success metrics, governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation programs ensuring alignment of processes, systems, and teams.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage scope/costs.
• Identify risks, manage changes, and communicate with leadership.
