Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects across the organization. You will serve as a key liaison between executives, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget completion and alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires 8-10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, MBA or PMP preferred, and a proven track record in leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports and documentation.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives and dependencies.
• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring process and system alignment.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders for delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress and budgets.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and communicate status updates to leadership.
