Job summary

Lawhive is seeking an M&A Integration Lead to own end-to-end integration of new partner firms onto our platform. You will oversee both operational integration and product migration while collaborating with Engineering, Data, Product, Finance and Operations teams.

As the first dedicated role, you will build repeatable playbooks, drive AI-enabled automation, and travel regularly across the US to onsite partner firms, shaping how firms adopt Lawhive.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-impact, high-volume integrations end-to-end.
• Developed migration playbooks, scalable processes for migrations.
• Delivered go-lives with data accuracy and strong user adoption.
• Coordinated cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data, Product, Finance and Ops.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and technical teams.
• Approach is proactive, data-driven and able to manage multiple moving parts.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the US and spend time onsite with partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration of new partner firms onto Lawhive.
• Oversee operational integration and product migration for each firm.
• Collaborate with M&A, Engineering, Data, Product, Finance and Operations teams.
• Create processes and playbooks to speed up future integrations using AI/automation.
• Spend time onsite with partner firms to understand operations and drive adoption.
