Job summary

Lawhive is seeking an ambitious M&A Integration Lead to scale our US expansion, owning end-to-end integration of new partner firms onto the Lawhive platform. You will lead operational integration and product migration, collaborating with the M&A Team and cross-functional groups across Engineering, Data, Product, Finance and Operations to ensure smooth go-lives.

You’ll design scalable playbooks, champion AI-driven automation to reduce manual work, and spend time onsite with partner firms across

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-impact, high-volume integrations.
• Built scalable migration playbooks and processes.
• Delivered migrations on time with strong user adoption.
• Coordinated across Engineering, Data, Product, Finance and Operations.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the US.
• Hands-on, onsite collaboration with partner firms.

Responsibilities
