Qualifications

• 4+ years in M&A due diligence or transaction services at a top advisory firm (e.g. Big 4).
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (QoE exhibits, databook slides, diligence decks, working capital pages, red flag reports).
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and professional presentation quality for investors and clients.
