Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (board decks, target screening, synergy analysis exhibits)
• Prepare materials for live transactions and executive updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, clarity and impact of all presentation deliverables
