Jobot, a leading M&A advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Lead M&A Transactions professional for 100% remote work. You will lead financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side deals.

We require Big 4 experience and a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting. You will analyze performance, EBITDA adjustments, working capital, and present insights to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Big 4 experience required (KPMG, EY, PwC, or Deloitte).
• Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset with ability to source new clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
• Analyze historical performance, trends, and risks affecting transaction value.
• Evaluate quality of earnings, EBITDA adjustments, working capital, and debt.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and target management.
• Prepare detailed due diligence reports with key financial metrics.
• Mentor engagement teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Manage client relationships and set expectations throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Participate in meetings with client stakeholders and deal professionals.
• Collaborate to improve due diligence methodologies and processes.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship expansion.
