DOXA Insurance Holdings is seeking an Analyst for the Mergers & Acquisitions team to support strategic growth initiatives by evaluating, structuring, and executing acquisitions. You will perform financial analyses, present to senior leadership, and assist in post-transaction integration to unlock value.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics and 1–3 years of relevant M&A experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics required.
• 1–3 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Deal evaluation and execution with in-depth financial modeling and due diligence.
• Market analysis, target identification, and CRM management for deal pipeline.
• Transaction structuring and negotiation with target companies and advisors.
• Cross-functional collaboration with finance, legal, and operations teams.
• Post-transaction integration support and KPI tracking.
