DOXA is seeking an Analyst to drive strategic growth through evaluating, structuring, and executing acquisitions. You will support cross-functional deal teams, perform advanced financial analyses, and present recommendations to senior leadership while aiding post-transaction integration to realize value.

The role requires 1–3 years in M&A or related fields, with strong modeling and analytic skills. Remote, nationwide work with up to 25% travel and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity experience.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with data translation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth financial modeling, valuations, and scenario analyses for potential acquisitions.
• Support due diligence with cross-functional teams and external advisors for deal execution.
• Identify strategic targets through market analysis and CRM management; present findings to leadership.
• Assist in structuring deal terms and negotiations with target companies and advisors.
• Support post-transaction integration and track KPI progress with stakeholders.
