Job summary

KB Luxury Group is seeking entrepreneurial, commission-driven luxury sales professionals to close high-value bookings in exclusive U.S. territories. This 1099 independent contractor role offers a tiered commission structure, equity potential, and fully remote flexibility.

Candidates should have 5+ years in luxury or high-ticket sales, a proven ability to close $30K+ deals, and a strong pipeline. Startup experience and UHNW connections are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury or high-ticket sales experience
• Proven track record closing $30,000+ transactions
• Demonstrated success generating and managing your own pipeline
• Access to or ability to cultivate relationships with affluent clientele
• Financial stability to operate in a commission-only environment for 3–6 months
• Self-starter mindset with strong closing ability

Responsibilities

• Close high-value bookings ($30K minimum; typical deals $40K–$150K+).
• Sell private jets, luxury yachts, and elite mansion experiences.
• Develop and own an exclusive U.S. territory (West, Central, or East Coast).
• Cultivate long-term relationships with executives and UHNW clients.
• Deliver elite, white-glove service.
