Qualifications

• Two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position is preferred.
• Must possess gracious people and sales skills, excellent phone manner and ability to engage positively with each guest.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, pricing, and special offers.
• Assist and resolve guest challenges in collaboration with the guest service team and other departments.
• Ensure billing and financial transactions are accurate and processed for guests.
• Upsell services and offerings to fully educate guests about the resort’s offerings.
