Job summary

Brush Creek Ranch is seeking a Reservations Agent to join its Luxury Ranch Collection sales team. You will handle inquiries, convert them to bookings, and provide expert knowledge on the Lodge & Spa, Magee Homestead, French Creek, and Platte Canyon Glamping. This role combines hospitality, sales, and remote-friendly flexibility.

You’ll operate with value selling, maintain PMS data, and support travel agents while collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of hospitality, reservations, sales, or call center experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication for guest interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; HMS or similar systems preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with diverse guests and coworkers.
• Commitment to Brush Creek Ranch values and professional behavior.
• Willingness to work mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Reliability and punctuality in remote or in-person settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reservations sales professional for the Brush Creek Ranch Luxury Ranch Collection, answering the Reservations line and speaking confidently on all properties.
• Make, modify, and cancel bookings; enter guest data into the PMS; process payments; send confirmations.
• Describe the guest experience using value selling via phone and email.
• Process online bookings and handle high-volume calls with a warm, guest-first tone.
• Maintain knowledge of guest services, dining, programming, and Wyoming area.
• Manage inbound RFPs; log inquiries; follow up on proposals and past leads.
• Assist Travel Agents and Tour Operators; know affiliate standards.
• Collaborate with resort departments to maintain open communication.
• Attend all scheduled staff meetings.
