Job summary

You will collaborate with the Luxury Marketing Manager, assist top agents, deliver marketing insights, and report on activities. Remote work is supported, with strong emphasis on coordinating across markets and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing, creative agency, or communications (field marketing preferred).
• Real estate industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to work from home and manage campaigns across locations.
• Strong presentation, writing, and public-speaking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic design principles.
• Familiar with InDesign and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with paid social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manage marketing assets for the Luxury program.
• Provide project management and production support for campaigns.
• Support adoption and awareness of the Global Luxury program.
• Coordinate events and communications for luxury agents.
