Job summary

Realogy, driving Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, seeks a Luxury Marketing Director to align regional teams with senior leadership and execute brand strategies across the Eastern or Western US.

You will lead a team of Luxury Marketing Managers and Specialists, collaborate with agents and Local Operating Companies, and measure success with PowerBI and KPI tracking.

This in-office role requires frequent travel and a passion for elevating luxury market share and program adoption across multiple metros.

Responsibilities

• Proactively support Independent Sales Associates: work with top luxury agents and teams to support their marketing needs under the guidance of luxury marketing directors and specialists
• Foster and manage a team of luxury managers to drive market share and brand awareness beyond existing elite networks
• Communicate the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program offerings at high-end listing appointments and with the Field Marketing team
• Track growth opportunities using PowerBI and leadership input to identify areas for luxury growth and market share increase
• Support VIP recruiting, business development, and luxury agent retention efforts; participate in key meetings and events to share program updates
• Provide luxury content to local social and PR teams, Presidents, and the luxury blog writer
• Supervise and develop one or more Luxury Marketing Specialist(s) and cross-train Field Marketing Specialists as needed
