Qualifications

- Experience with quantity takeoffs, cost modeling and proposals.
- Proficiency with Excel-based estimating and other estimating platforms.
- Knowledge of materials, fabrication, and installation in luxury interiors.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills for remote collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Review drawings to quantify materials and labor.
- Obtain and analyze vendor and subcontractor quotes.
- Develop clear, itemized cost proposals.
- Maintain and update cost databases.
- Support pre-construction planning and handoffs.
