Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in construction estimation.
• Hands-on experience with Xactimate is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of construction materials, labor, and building components.
• Ability to read construction drawings and project documents.
• Experience with quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
• US construction or insurance restoration experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction estimates using Xactimate.
• Review drawings, photos, specifications, and scope of work.
• Perform quantity take-offs for materials and labor.
• Select appropriate Xactimate line items and pricing.
• Prepare estimates for residential and commercial projects.
• Identify missing information, scope gaps, or discrepancies.
• Review and update estimates based on project changes.
• Maintain accurate estimation records.
