Job summary

ISEC, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Estimator with a strong background in architectural millwork and custom woodworking.

This remote role partners with operations, project management, and business development to develop accurate, competitive estimates for complex millwork projects within a designated region. The ideal candidate combines technical estimating expertise with a deep understanding of millwork construction methods.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in estimating or related field.
• Meets all Minimum Qualifications of Estimator I and II.
• Strong data gathering and cost analysis capabilities.
• Experience with bid strategy and documentation control.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, calculate and compile data for estimates and bids.
• Ensure accuracy of quantity surveys and pricing.
• Debrief sales on job elements to aid bidding strategies.
• Manage project documents and communicate decisions to teams.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and participate in bid reviews.
• Balance workload to meet deadlines.
• Develop value analyses to reduce costs while meeting scope.
• Compute cost estimates for materials, equipment, subcontractors and labor.
