ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB is seeking an Account Representative to manage high-value West Coast accounts with a luxury, white-glove service mindset. The role operates remotely with West Coast business hours, focusing on strong client relationships and seamless cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in customer service or account support, excels in communication, and proactively meets client needs using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or client support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Salesforce).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining accountability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain elevated service standards.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Coordinate account activities, updates, and follow-ups across internal teams.
• Deliver a white-glove, luxury-brand experience and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare basic reports and communications.
