Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, health services, behavioral science, or related field, or 2+ years in a managed care environment.
• Experience working with people who have disabilities or vulnerable populations with chronic conditions.
• Licensure as LPN, LVN, or LCSW is preferred and considered important.

Responsibilities

• Process authorizations and follow-ups for DME, MHM, DAHS, and related items.
• Address reductions and denials with a high throughput (1 BD TAT target).
• Collaborate with contingent workers and cross-train for multiple functions.
