The role serves as a front-line contact for members, providers, and staff, ensuring non-clinical records compliance and smooth onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related healthcare administrative experience, familiarity with HCBS waiver services, and a willingness to work 8-5 CT/8-4:30 after training, Monday–Friday,

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Requires 1–2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to members via phone to support care plan steps.
• Schedule services and provide ongoing education for members and providers.
• Assist with onboarding, sending welcome letters and educational materials.
• Document and maintain non-clinical member records per state/regulatory requirements.
