Qualifications

• Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations across Data Entry, Refill, Customer Service, and Narcotics.
• Organize workflows, ensure tasks, cutoffs, and deadlines are met.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members.
