SpecialtyRx, a Long-Term Care pharmacy serving facilities and assisted living communities, seeks a dependable Data Entry Lead to oversee daily operations across Data Entry, Refill, Customer Service, and Narcotics. You will help ensure accurate workflows, coach staff, and maintain compliance in a fast-paced LTC environment.

The ideal candidate will have pharmacy experience, leadership skills, and strong communication abilities to guide team members and meet deadlines.

Competenze

• Must be a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications.

Mansioni

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across Data Entry, Refill, Customer Service, and Narcotics departments.
• Lead daily activities and ensure staff understand responsibilities, tasks, deadlines, and cutoffs.
• Coach and support team members, monitor productivity, and provide feedback.
• Communicate staffing needs and departmental issues to the Data Entry Supervisor.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to pharmacy orders and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new employees as needed.
• Maintain awareness of policy changes and regulatory requirements.
• Complete daily reports and ensure work areas are clean and organized.
• Support teamwork, accountability, and productivity across all departments.
