Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a licensed practical nurse with case management experience to assess and coordinate care for injured workers. This remote role partners with carriers, attorneys, medical providers, employers and employees to monitor progress and ensure timely, cost-effective care.

You will work from home with typical 8–12 hour shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed, while maintaining licensure and completing CEUs to keep clinical competencies current.

Qualifications

• LPN with active state licensure required.
• Minimum 2+ years clinical nursing experience.
• Case management and workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, phone etiquette, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate appropriate medical care and treatment for injuries and illnesses.
• Coordinate with carriers, attorneys, providers, employers and employees and monitor progress.
• Ensure cost-effective healthcare services and timely return-to-work planning.
• Develop and review case management policies; pursue ongoing professional education.
