Job summary

One Call is seeking an internal case management support to ensure customers receive the best continuum of care for injured workers. This role collaborates with all business units to provide timely services at the best cost based on clinical need, assisting carriers and physicians until discharge.

The position emphasizes remote-first work, strong patient advocacy, and cross-functional teamwork to improve outcomes and efficiency for injured workers across our organization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of company products/services and operations to resolve inquiries.
• Excellent customer service skills and clear written/verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze information and make decisions based on medical need and request.

Responsibilities

• Manage work-related injuries including assessment, planning, coordination and evaluation.
• Conduct initial referral calls outlining needs, plan of care and steps to mitigate issues.
• Determine needs by interviewing, reviewing documentation, and planning evaluations.
• Coordinate treatment schedules and arrange transportation and escorts.
• Monitor cases, advocate for services, and log progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with One Call departments to coordinate referrals and care.
