Job summary

One Call seeks an internal case management support role to ensure our injured workers receive the best continuum of care. You will work across business units to provide timely services at cost-effective levels, coordinating with carriers and physicians.

Qualifications

• R.N., L.P.N. or M.A. with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in coordinating care and communicating with carriers.
• Ability to analyze and manage injured worker needs and resources.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review cases, coordinate treatment plans and resources.
• Initial referral review via customer calls to assess needs and plan of care.
• Coordinate discharge plans and post-discharge requirements.
• Collaborate with One Call departments to optimize care.
