Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking a remote, part-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensed in Arizona to join our multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes delivering direct counseling to children and families using evidence-based modalities and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted license to practice in Arizona (LPCC)
• 1+ year experience with children or families with developmental differences
• Knowledge of empirically supported psychotherapies including CBT, narrative therapy, and related approaches

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct client counseling to families, couples, and children.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs (CBT, narrative, play therapy, etc.).
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide wrap-around family support.
• Participate in family care meetings with other providers.
• Maintain documentation per legal, ethical, and company standards (HIPAA).
• Adhere to clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
