Job summary

Cortica is seeking a fully remote, part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our multidisciplinary team. A current, unrestricted Arizona license is required.

You will provide direct counseling to families, children, and couples using diverse therapies within a collaborative care model. Join a growth-focused healthcare company dedicated to improving outcomes for children with neurodevelopmental differences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Current and unrestricted license to practice in your clinical domain.
• Experience with children or families with developmental differences (1 year+).
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and with families to provide wrap-around care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs, including Narrative Therapy, CBT, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in family care meetings with other providers.
• Maintain documentation in line with legal, ethical, and company standards; comply with all regulations.
