Job summary

Cortica is seeking a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) for a fully remote, part-time role. An AZ license is required to practice, and candidates should have relevant experience in pediatric neurodevelopmental care.

You will deliver direct counseling to families and children, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, adhere to HIPAA and all regulations, maintain documentation, and participate in family care meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children.
• Utilize therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs (e.g., CBT, Narrative Therapy).
• Attend relational ethics and collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Participate in family care meetings with other providers.
• Comply with clinic policies and state/federal licensing requirements, ensuring confidentiality and mandated reporting.
