Job summary

Cortica • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) – Part‑time Remote

Cortica is looking for a part‑time remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join its growing multi‑disciplinary team!

Required license: A current and unrestricted California license is required for this position.

What will you do?

• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children (patients, their parents, and/or their siblings).
• Utilize therapeutic approaches that draw from multiple disciplines and are tailored to each client, including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution‑Focused Collaborative Therapy, and others.
• Attend to relational ethics, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and the families we serve, and actively engage other team members to ensure wrap‑around support and sharing of information.

We’d love to hear from you if:

• You possess a master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• You hold a current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice within your clinical domain and can obtain cross‑state licensure as needed.
• You are well grounded in empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches, including but not limited to cognitive and behavioral, post‑modern/post‑structural, social‑constructionism, and narrative therapy.

Compensation & Benefits
