Job summary

Cortica is seeking a licensed clinical professional counselor (LPCC) for a remote, part-time position as part of a growing multi-disciplinary team. A current, unrestricted license to practice in Arizona is required for this role.

The clinician will deliver direct counseling to families, couples, and children, drawing on Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral, Play, and other therapies. Collaboration with leaders across neurological, sensorimotor, communication, and behavior therapies will broaden

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted license to practice in Arizona or ability to obtain cross-state licensure as needed.
• 1 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
• Knowledge of empirically supported psychotherapy approaches including cognitive, behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children.
• Utilize therapies drawn from multiple disciplines tailored to client needs.
• Engage with interdisciplinary team and families to coordinate wrap-around care.
• Attend family care meetings and ensure compliance with policies, laws, and ethics.
• Maintain documentation in line with legal and company standards.
