Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote, part-time clinical services. The role requires an active AZ license and offers collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team focused on neurodevelopmental care for children and families.

The clinician will deliver counseling to families, children, and couples, using approaches like Narrative Therapy and CBT while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, MFT, or related field.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice in Arizona.
• Knowledge of empirically supported psychotherapy approaches (CBT, narrative, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct counseling to families, couples, and children.
• Apply diverse therapy modalities tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families for wrap‑around support.
• Participate in family care meetings with other providers.
• Maintain documentation in line with laws, regulations and policies.
• Uphold confidentiality and mandated reporting requirements.
