Job summary

Hamilton Behavioral is seeking a dedicated, fully licensed LPC to provide remote telehealth services under a 1099 independent contractor arrangement. You will build your own schedule, manage a personal caseload, and deliver evidence-based therapy to clients across participating states using your Counseling Compact license.

This role emphasizes autonomy, HIPAA-compliant practice, and flexible hours (mornings, evenings, or weekends).

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC credential.
• Counseling Compact license enabling practice in participating states.
• Telehealth or virtual counseling experience preferred.
• Must maintain active professional liability insurance.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
• Conduct intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Manage caseload based on personal availability.
