Hamilton Behavioral is seeking a fully licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to deliver telehealth therapy across participating states, working as a 1099 independent contractor in a fully remote setup.

You will manage your own caseload, design your schedule, and provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, or families while focusing on clinical care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• Counseling Compact license to practice in participating states.
• Experience providing telehealth or virtual counseling preferred.
• Must carry active professional liability malpractice insurance.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based virtual therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
