Job summary

Relationship Renewal Therapy is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pasadena, Texas for a full-time remote role with occasional access to our outpatient office. The position focuses on evaluating clients, creating individualized plans, and delivering psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

You will work with a diverse client population, adhere to legal/ethical standards, and collaborate with a healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and initial assessments to create individualized treatment plans for diverse clients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based practices.
• Utilize modalities including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field.
