Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and initial assessments to create individualized treatment plans for diverse clients.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, encompassing social workers and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal requirements and ethical guidelines, fostering trust in the therapeutic process.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of advancements and research in the mental health field, ultimately benefiting your clients.
