Job summary

Third Space Therapy in Colorado is hiring experienced Licensed Supervisors to oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists. This role focuses on providing mentorship and supervision to support emerging therapists in their professional growth. With a flexible remote practice model, you will have the opportunity to guide and train associates through their licensure process while earning competitive compensation. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in Counseling, a valid LPC license, and experience in mentoring and clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling required.
• Valid LPC license in good standing for a minimum of 2 years.
• Training and certification to serve as a clinical supervisor.
• Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists.
• Provide telehealth supervision to Medicaid clients.
• Mentor emerging therapists in their clinical work.
