Third Space Therapy is seeking experienced Licensed Supervisors in Arizona to oversee and guide Associate Therapists in a telehealth setting. This role combines independent practice with the collaboration of a supportive team. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and possess a valid LCSW license in Arizona. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work required.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license in good standing in Arizona.
• Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor is necessary.
• Proven experience in guiding associates to full licensure.
• Familiarity with Medicaid documentation and treatment planning expected.
• Experience with EHR systems and digital tools required.
• Must have a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office for confidential sessions.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency preferred.
