Job summary
Third Space Therapy is seeking experienced Licensed Supervisors in Arizona to oversee and guide Associate Therapists in a telehealth setting. This role combines independent practice with the collaboration of a supportive team. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and possess a valid LCSW license in Arizona. Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work required.
Must hold a valid LCSW license in good standing in Arizona.
Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor is necessary.
Proven experience in guiding associates to full licensure.
Familiarity with Medicaid documentation and treatment planning expected.
Experience with EHR systems and digital tools required.
Must have a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office for confidential sessions.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency preferred.
Responsibilities
Oversee clinical work of Associate Therapists.
Provide supervision as they deliver telehealth services.
Mentor therapists during their licensure process.
