Qualifications
A master’s degree in Counseling.
A valid LPC license in good standing in Virginia.
Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor.
Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure.
Familiarity with treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines.
Experience using EHR systems.
A HIPAA-compliant home office for virtual sessions.
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
Oversee clinical work of Associate Therapists.
Guide and mentor therapists providing telehealth services.
Support associates in accumulating clinical hours for licensure.
