Qualifications

• A master’s degree in Counseling.
• A valid LPC license in good standing in Virginia.
• Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor.
• Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure.
• Familiarity with treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines.
• Experience using EHR systems.
• A HIPAA-compliant home office for virtual sessions.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities
