Job summary

Third Space Therapy seeks licensed supervisors to oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists providing telehealth to Medicaid clients. This role mentors therapists toward licensure, with the flexibility to supervise from any location and set your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work and active LCSW in NM.
• Board approval to supervise clinical staff required.
• Experience supervising associates toward licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical work of Associate Therapists via telehealth.
• Mentor associates to achieve full licensure and maintain Medicaid guidelines.
• Ensure clinical documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Set flexible supervision schedules and provide administrative coordination.
