Job summary

Third Space Therapy is expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral health services and seeking Licensed Supervisors to provide board-required supervision to associate clinicians. You will supervise remotely, aligned with your own practice and professional goals, while earning a monthly rate per associate you supervise.

You will guide clinicians toward licensure and deliver telehealth services to Medicaid members, bringing deep clinical expertise and a collaborative approach to supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LCSW license in good standing with board approval to supervise.
• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure.
• Malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate.
• Familiarity with Medicaid documentation guidelines.
• Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools.
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet for confidential telehealth sessions.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as they work toward licensure.
• Deliver telehealth supervision and services to the Medicaid community.
• Offer guidance and feedback to help associates achieve licensure and comply with Medicaid requirements.
