Ellie Mental Health – Clarkston is seeking a licensed clinician to provide outpatient mental health care in a welcoming clinic and via telehealth. The role focuses on comprehensive intakes, treatment planning, and timely documentation while supporting a growing caseload in a private practice setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold full, unrestricted licensure in Michigan.
• Master’s degree in counseling or related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience creating and implementing treatment plans with detailed clinical documentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to support therapy and collaboration.
• Ability to establish and uphold ethical boundaries with clients.
• Proficiency with day‑to‑day office tools and EHR; Valant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care: conduct comprehensive mental health intakes, develop treatment plans, and document diagnoses, treatment plans, and session notes.
• Maintain a full-time caseload with a minimum of 25 direct client hours per week; initial scheduling availability of 35 hours per week to grow caseload.
