Qualifications

• Must hold full, unrestricted licensure in Michigan for clinical practice.
• Master’s degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience creating and implementing treatment plans with detailed documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication supporting therapy and collaboration.
• Ability to establish ethical boundaries with clients in clinical settings.
• Timely completion of session records and notes, with diverse client populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive mental health intakes, develop treatment plans, and complete documentation including diagnoses and session notes.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 direct client-facing hours per week as a full-time clinician; initial scheduling of 35 hours/week.
• Review and co-sign notes for LLPCs on the team.
• Provide outpatient therapy in a fully furnished, welcoming clinic space; sign notes for LLPCs.
