We seek a compassionate LPC to join the team, providing outpatient therapy and reviewing LLPC documentation. Fully licensed in Michigan; remote position with flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold full, unrestricted licensure in Michigan.
• Master's degree in counseling or related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience creating treatment plans and maintaining detailed clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for therapy, collaboration, and client trust.
• Uphold professional boundaries and ethical standards in clinical settings.
• Timely and accurate completion of session records and notes.
• Comfortable working with diverse populations across ages and backgrounds.
• Proficient with day-to-day office tools and EHRs; Valant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy; conduct comprehensive intakes and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain a direct client-facing caseload; full- and part-time hours available.
• Review and co-sign notes for LLPCs; no requirement for LARA Supervisor hours.
