Job summary

Ellie Mental Health – Clarkston is a privately owned practice delivering outpatient mental health care in a welcoming clinic, with telehealth options across Michigan. The role focuses on comprehensive intakes, treatment planning, and timely documentation, while supporting LLPCs with notes and review.

We seek a fully licensed Michigan LPC to join our growing team in a flexible work environment, offering standout W2 compensation and opportunities for advancement in a mission-driven clinic.

Qualifications

• Must hold full, unrestricted Michigan licensure as an LPC.
• Master’s degree in counseling or related field from an accredited program.
• Experience creating treatment plans and maintaining detailed clinical notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication to support therapy and collaboration.
• Ability to uphold ethical boundaries with clients.
• Proficient with electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health care and develop treatment plans with timely documentation.
• Maintain a caseload with direct client hours and accurate notes.
• Review and co-sign notes for LLPCs; support supervision hours as applicable.
