Job summary

Ellie Mental Health – Clarkston is seeking a compassionate LPC to join our outpatient team. You will conduct mental health intakes, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation, while also reviewing LLPC notes.

This remote role supports both in-clinic and telehealth care across Michigan, with direct client contact hours and flexible scheduling; Michigan licensure is required, and private practice experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hold full, unrestricted licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Master’s degree in counseling or related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience creating and implementing treatment plans with detailed clinical documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to support therapy and collaboration.
• Ability to establish and maintain ethical boundaries with clients.
• Timely and accurate documentation of session notes and service records.
• Comfortable working with diverse populations across ages and backgrounds.
• Proficiency with day-to-day office tools and EHRs; Valant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care: conduct comprehensive mental health intakes, develop treatment plans, and complete timely documentation including diagnoses, treatment plans, and session notes.
• Build a caseload: maintain direct client-facing hours; full- and part-time hours available.
• Documentation review: review and co-sign notes to LLPCs on the team.
