Job summary

Ellie Mental Health – Clarkston is a privately owned practice providing outpatient therapy and LLPC documentation review to support licensed clinicians. This remote role supports a compassionate team dedicated to expanding access to quality mental health care.

You’ll conduct comprehensive intakes, develop treatment plans, maintain session notes, and co-sign notes for LLPCs. Fully licensed Michigan LPCs are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold full, unrestricted licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Master’s degree in counseling or related field.
• Experience creating treatment plans and documenting progress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain ethical boundaries with clients.
• Proficient with electronic health records; Valant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care: conduct intakes, develop treatment plans, and complete documentation including diagnoses, treatment plans, and session notes.
• Build a caseload: maintain direct client hours; full and part-time hours available.
• Documentation review: review and co-sign notes for LLPCs; note that LARA supervision hours are not required.
