Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of outpatient clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients with rapport and ethical boundaries.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and discharge readiness assessments.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and secure progress notes.
• Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs and fit for services.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly.
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills.
