Kobie is seeking a data-driven Analyst to join our remote-first loyalty team. You will transform client data into actionable insights, build audience segments, and influence strategy with your analyses.

This client-facing role requires strong storytelling, expertise with Tableau/PowerBI, and a solid foundation in statistics, marketing, or economics. Travel may be required; we foster collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of customer analytics/CRM experience.
• Ability to tell data-driven stories for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with data exploration and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma).
• Experience with RFM, cluster analysis, and regression modeling for targeting.
• Strong project management and ability to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven customer insights to drive sales and loyalty programs.
• Build and maintain audience lists for CRM campaigns.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on complex data and client strategy.
• Develop data visualizations and narratives for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI to create new tools and data sources.
• Create learning agendas, test plans, and attribution improvements.
• Manage workflow, scope, and prioritization of client requests and Kobie investments.
